I work with individuals who face challenges in their role or team. Common areas of focus are anxieties and personal issues, helping to settle into their team as well as career development and performance coaching.

The structure is a mixture of exercises and processes that are scientifically proven to enable positive change, personal effectiveness and individually tailored strategies around how to remove barriers, increase clarity and reach emotional or physical goals.

All my coaching is confidential, giving individuals the freedom and confidence they need to progress. Partial details such as number of sessions completed will be shared, and the process around this agreed in advance.

Leadership Coaching

I work with leaders to help them manage their teams effectively, overcome obstacles, reduce stress and develop their own careers. The coaching offers space to reflect and consolidate thoughts and actions outside daily pressures and conflicting demands.
