Busyness & Balance - A Modern Take on Stress Management

 

As our world digitises, globalises & reorganises, having too much to do is our biggest complaint. This “always on” culture of today is unlikely to change, which is why it’s vital to find ways to handle the pressures and make sure we get the recovery we need to stay healthy, effective and contented.

The talk shares cutting edge science, allowing the audience to develop “mindsight” which is all about maximising our brains capacity to perform and feel well in pressured environments. Findings from neuroscience will be revealed, which allow for greater insights into what the brain needs to balance stress, to stay healthy and efficient. Based on these, effective tools are shared for brain-smart ways, allowing for more productivity, resilience and balance.

The session will be rounded off with a mindfulness taster for relaxation and energy.
